Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Sub-Foreman / Leading Hand to energize a collaborative team of a urban development subdivision project in North-Western Sydney.
You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of the project, including with subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.
The successful candidate will be;
- Experienced in bulk earthworks, pavements, roads, subdivisions and drainage works.
- Civil construction background with demonstrated sub-foreman / leading hand experience
- Can demonstrate strong leadership qualities, a positive attitude and a keen work ethic.
