About the role

BMD is in a significant growth phase in Adelaide with a strong pipeline of projects in hand and as a result, we are looking for a Senior Estimator to price a range of diverse civil infrastructure projects between $5-100 million in value. With access to best in industry systems and software tools, you will collaborate with pre-contract teams and deliver exceptional winning civil infrastructure and urban development bids across Australia.

This role will be based in our Wayville Office in Adelaide, estimating projects in;

• Water/Sewer upgrades
• Road infrastructure for local councils and DIT
• Defence contracts
• Urban subdivisions

Skills & Experience

• Willingness to maintain/develop associations with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors within the civil construction space.
• Previous experience with Expert Estimation software is advantageous.
• 8+ years’ experience in the Civil Construction industry in estimating
• A mix of project and estimating experience is ideal
• First principle estimating experience
• Experience with the development of subcontractor work packages and review
