About the role
We are seeking an experienced General Foreman, you will assist the project team in delivering successful, on time project outcomes for the client while ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program. You will possess experience in managing various scopes involved with infrastructure construction which include bulk earthworks, structures, pavements, drainage and underground services.
Skills and experience
- Cert IV or Diploma of Construction Management desirable
- Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience
- Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
- Motivation to achieve value-for-money results.
