About the Role
We are currently seeking resource sector experienced Civil Supervisor to be site based on large scale resource construction projects in Western Australia on a FIFO arrangement. You will use your trusted leadership and communication skills to quickly and effectively build relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors. You will motivate others, ensuring a high-performing culture where teamwork ensures the delivery of exceptional quality outcomes to program.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:
• Certificate III in Civil Construction
• extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience
• excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes, embedding this commitment in everything you do
• extensive experience in the resource sector – specifically bulk earthworks
