Who we’re looking for:
As an experienced Camp Manager, you will know how to prioritise effectively and can handle multiple competing requirements, your management skills are highly developed from years of industry experience. You will be an excellent communicator who can speak with ease to a diverse group of clients, visitors, and guests.
As the Camp Manager you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the camp
- Liaising directly with the client on site and planning and adapting as required
- Listening to customers and altering menus to the feedback
- Address concerns or issues between camp stakeholders, understanding the position of each stakeholder and enabling an effective resolution of any issues.
- Lead all camp, site, and logistics aspects of on-site events, ensuring that events are delivered to a high standard.
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with our companies’ standards

Skills & Experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Strong computer literacy, able to pick up new systems quickly.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable with data and regular reporting
- Excellent attention to detail across reporting and service delivery
- Passionate about safety and providing an enjoyable working environment for all employees.
