  • Develop a network of agents, engineers, town planners, valuers, receiver managers, banks and key sources of new projects and consistently liaise with them to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare tender submissions, expression of interest documentation, joint venture and or develop structures to meet expectations of both private and government sector vendors and Urbex
  • Ensure that all new acquisitions are managed through to the stage where appropriate statutory planning and environmental approvals are obtained such that structure planning and required broad scale planning has been agreed with Local authorities and key government agencies which fully meet the acquisition yield and profile feasibility benchmarks.

You may also have the following additional desirable skills:

  • Ability to communicate, coordinate and manage both internal resources and external consultants and key stakeholders
  • High level of verbal and written communication
  • Work to tight constraints and deliver high quality results.
  • Annually prepare and have approved a strategy for ongoing acquisition for profit centres.
