Who we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a talented proposals/bid coordinator to join our dynamic team at BMD Constructions NSW. As a valued member of our pre-contracts team, you’ll play a key role in crafting compelling content that effectively communicates BMD’s capabilities to prospective clients and stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional writing skills and organisational prowess in a fast-paced environment. Your positive attitude and meticulous attention to detail will ensure that our bids stand out. Dedicated to meeting deadlines, you will support the team to:

• produce high quality professional written content
• ensure bid responses reflect BMD’s brand, market position, and capabilities
• develop a bid writing plan and coordinate inputs with internal stakeholders
• work collaboratively with others across all areas of the business
• maintain source libraries, including content, CVs, project information

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

• previous experience in a writing-based role
• a positive approach, keen to learn and a passion for delivering great outcomes
• excellent collaboration skills to build positive relations with stakeholders
• proficient in the MS Office suite

You may also have the following additional desirable skills:

• a tertiary qualification in marketing, business, public relations, communications or similar
